This project is about messages. The design was chosen to be an abstract interpretation of the everyday “caution when wet” floor sign. The main difference being that instead of an explicit and banal warning against physical harm, this is meant to be a more provocative warning against harm to the soul. The sign has been stripped to its most basic components, and constructed to communicate purely through abstract imagery.

While leaving the specific warning open to viewer interpretation could frustrate some, that path has been chosen to promote thought and discussion. This is a conceptually driven project, and the best possible result would be driving the viewer into a dialogue about all possible messages behind the image.
